Las Vegas Raiders QB and Pro Bowler Derek Carr replaces Joe Burrow
Fourth career Pro Bowler Derek Carr has once again achieved the seasonal NFL all-star accolade, and has been named to play in the upcoming 2023 Pro Bowl Games. The announcement was made today, and Carr will be taking the place of Cincinnati Bengals QB, Joe Burrow.
Carr is the fifth member of the Raiders’ Pro Bowl roster, joining WR Davante Adams, DE Maxx Crosby, RB Josh Jacobs, and P AJ Cole. The 2023 Pro Bowl Games marks the 26th occasion where five or more Raiders players have made the Pro Bowl list.
Achieving his fourth career Pro Bowl, Derek Carr played in 15 games in the 2022 NFL season and finished with 306 of 502 passes for 3,522 passing yards and 24 touchdowns. Ranking 12th in the league this season, Pro Bowler Derek Carr scored 24 passing touchdowns, although 10 of them went for 30 or more yards, a statistic that’s ranked number one overall in the NFL.
