Hunter Renfrow Makes Pro Bowl AFC Roster

Wide receiver Hunter Renfrow makes Pro Bowl squad

As the Las Vegas Raiders slot receiver who led the team in both receiving yards and receptions, Hunter Renfrow makes Pro Bowl AFC Roster following injured receiver Keenan Allen from the Los Angeles Chargers. The announcement was made by the Raiders on Sunday.

Renfrow will go down in Raiders history with 103 catches this 2021 season, which were the second-most by a Raiders receiver. On top of that list is Hall of Famer Tim Brown. Hunter Renfrow makes Pro Bowl with 1,038 yards, something we haven’t seen since Amari Cooper back in 2016 with 1,153. Renfrow is also the third player in Raiders history to record over 100 receptions in a season.

The 2022 Pro Bowl AFC Roster now includes four total players from the Silver & Black, including defensive end Maxx Crosby, linebacker Denzel Perryman, and punter AJ Cole. Renfrow joins an AFC receiving core that consists of Tyreek Hill (KC), Stefon Diggs (BUF), and Diontate Johnson (PIT) who replaces rookie Super Bowl LVI contender Ja’Marr Chase (CIN).
