Raiders My Cause My Cleats Campaign Kicks Off

The annual My Cause My Cleats campaign for awareness begins next week

During Week 13 of the NFL season, players across the league will be in support of the My Cause My Cleats campaigns by donning customized football cleats in honor of the causes they have pledged to support.

The My Cause My Cleats campaigns are a league-wide project that was started in 2016 and enables players to support causes that are significant to them by wearing specially made cleats.

After his son’s life was spared in 2013 thanks to emergency surgery at a children’s hospital, Derek Carr will once more celebrate youth and health wellness, a cause near and dear to his heart. The organization Stand Up For Pits, which is committed to the education of pit bulls and putting an end to prejudice against the breed, will be featured on Maxx Crosby’s cleats since he is a passionate animal enthusiast.

Ten Raiders, including Andre James, whose father passed from testicular cancer in 2018, and Brandon Bolden, who has battled cancer himself, have decided to support cancer charities.

Following the game, athletes can choose to give their cleats to the NFL Auction, where fans can place bids to win them. 100% of the revenue from sales go to each player’s chosen charity.

Check out the full list below of every player along with their preferred charity or cause for the My Cause My Cleats campaigns.
