Las Vegas Raiders re-sign T Brandon Parker
Sticking with their third-round pick from the 2018 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders re-sign T Brandon Parker to a one-year deal. The 65th overall pick played in 54 games for the Silver & Black and became a full-time starter last season starting in 13 games.
The Las Vegas Raiders re-sign T Brandon Parker, 25, filling a hole at the right tackle spot as the team heads toward free agency. The 6’8”, 320-pound tackle was a key member of the offensive line in his rookie year but was slotted down to a backup role in 2019 and 2020.
In 2021, Parker played his best season starting 13 games for the first time in his career. Parker saw action in 77 percent of his team’s offensive possessions last season, and also had a role on special teams. The Las Vegas Raiders ranked 11th in total offense and sixth in passing with 363.8 yards per game and 268.6 yards per game of passing.
Parker’s four-year collegiate career with the North Carolina A&T led him to become a three-time FCS All-American at the left tackle position and was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year from 2015–2017.
