Las Vegas Raiders re-sign WR Keelan Cole Sr. to a one-year deal
Announced on Thursday, the Las Vegas Raiders re-sign WR Keelan Cole to a one-year contract. Last season, Cole played in 14 games for the Silver and Black after signing with them as a free agent the previous year. He returned 13 punts for an average of 6.1 yards while catching 10 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown.
Cole joins the Raiders for his second season in the NFL after stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent from 2017 to 2020 and the New York Jets for the 2021 season. The 6-foot-1, 194 pound wide receiver has played in 93 games with 37 starts and has 197 receptions for 2,832 yards and 14 touchdowns throughout his career.
A Louisville, Kentucky native, Cole played in 32 games over his three years as a starter at Kentucky Wesleyan College from 2013 to 2016. He recorded 205 receptions for 4,303 yards and 53 touchdowns.
As the Las Vegas Raiders re-sign WR Keelan Cole, they continue to add depth to their receiving corps following the signings of Jakobi Meyers and Phillip Dorsett last week.
