Announced on Thursday, the Las Vegas Raiders sign CB Duke Shelley. The former Minnesota Vikings cornerback played in 11 games last season while starting in five. During that span Shelley contributed to the second half of the Vikings season with 31 total tackles, eight passes defensed, and one pick.

The Tucker, Georgia native was the 205th overall pick by the Chicago Bears in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Measured at 5-foot-9, 176 pounds, Shelley has played in 41 games throughout his career while starting in 11, totaling 90 tackles, 58 solo tackles, one pick, and 12 passes defensed.

During his collegiate career, Shelley played at Kansas State University for four years while posting 165 tackles, one sack, eight picks, 39 passes defensed, and tied for fourth in program history with two pick sixes.

As the Las Vegas Raiders sign CB Duke Shelley, the slot cornerback is a great lockdown addition to the team.
