Raiders Sign WR Cam Sims

Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Cam Sims to a one-year deal

Announced on Tuesday, the Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Cam Sims to a one-year contract. Sims has spent the first four seasons in the NFL with the Washington Commanders from 2019 to 2022, who signed him as an undrafted free agent, and has played in 55 games while starting in 17.

Within that timespan, Sims racked up 57 receptions for 804 yards and three touchdowns. Last NFL season, Sims played in 17 games while starting in three and recorded eight catches for 89 yards. The Louisiana native played for the University of Alabama from 2014 to 2017, accumulating 41 receptions for 467 yards and two touchdowns.

As the Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Cam Sims, he gives the Raiders wide receiver group more depth. Sims was acquired by the Raiders to replace Mack Hollins, who on Sunday joined the Atlanta Falcons.
