The launch of the first Raiders Den Program has been announced by Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Raiders. On Wednesday, more than 200 people watched the final presentations of three groups of Southern Nevada high school contestants.

An exciting seven-day summer program called the Raiders Den Program began on July 10 and was created specifically for Southern Nevada high school students. This program, which was developed by the Allegiant Stadium Community and members of the stadium Community Advisory Board, invited the students to present a service or idea they thought would benefit the stadium.

“The guiding principles of Allegiant Stadium Community programming are creating opportunity, access, and resources for the purposes of fostering equity advancement and positive impact,” said Allegiant Stadium VP of Human Resources and Community Impact, Neumiia Duncan-Reed. “Raiders Den is a prime example of the program doing just that while bringing about real-world change.”
