In the lowest scoring NFL game over the last 16 years, the Raiders vs Vikings Week 14 showdown at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday ended in a 3-0 shutout on the end of the Silver and Black. Yes, you read that correctly. This was surely not an MLB game.

The only player who scored was Vikings kicker Greg Joseph who shot a 36-yarder with 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter. This 3-0 game was only the third in the past 40 years and the seventh since the Super Bowl era. The last time a game ended in a 3-0 score was when Ben Roethlisberger’s Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the John Beck led Miami Dolphins on November 26, 2007.

With only 230 yards overall, the Vikings limited the Raiders to only 201 total yards and claimed their first win against an AFC West team this 2023 season. The Vikings utilized both Joshua Dobbs and Nick Mullens at QB who threw for 63 and 83 yards, respectively. Raiders’ Aidan O’Connell topped all quarterbacks with 171 passing yards for the day, but threw a costly interception on the first play of their second drive in the fourth quarter.
