Public Invited To The Raiderettes Studio Grand Opening

The Raiderettes Studio grand opening provides a new home for the Silver and Black

The Raiderettes Studio grand opening will formally open its doors to the Las Vegas community next week on September 6 from 1–6 p.m. The public is welcome to join the grand opening event at 1371 Raiders Way in Henderson’s Matter Park.

Serving as a base for staff offices, practices, and meetings, the Raiderettes Studio grand opening will host a free event that includes a tour of the 20,000 square foot facility. We should expect to see performances by this season’s Raiderettes along with free dance classes on September 7 and 8 for kids between 5–17 years old. The Las Vegas Raiders’ policies and procedures will apply to the family friendly event. Prior to enrolling in classes, enrollment paperwork has to be finished due to the limited amount of space available.

Beginning on September 12, a variety of dance, performance, and fitness classes for kids and adults will be taught by Raiderette choreographers and squad members. These courses include Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, Yoga, Junior Raiderettes, Leaps and Turns, Latin Fit, Ballet Fit, Raiderettes Fit, College and High School prep, and Pro Style. Classes are scheduled to run Monday through Friday from 7 am to 9 pm, with drop-ins and packages available. Visit www.raiderettesthestudio.com for more details.

This summer, the Raiderettes Studio welcomed community members who attended Junior Raiderettes Camps held within the brand-new, cutting-edge building. Raiderettes choreographers and team members taught dance and performance routines designed to promote team bonding, lifelong friendships, and unforgettable experiences.

The Raiderettes have performed on the sidelines of Raiders home games since their founding in 1962. The team of sports entertainers are also actively involved in community outreach and keep a presence at business and civic events. The Raiderettes Studio grand opening will be the newest addition to the Silver and Black culture, and a place the Raiderettes can finally call home.
