Las Vegas Raiders re-sign S Roderic Teamer

Announced on Wednesday, the Las Vegas Raiders re-sign S Roderic Teamer. The 6-foot, 205 pound safety played 17 games in the 2022 NFL season, while starting in three. Teamer finished the season with 35 tackles (23 solo) and five stops on special teams.

Teamer was initially brought onto the Raiders in June of the 2021 offseason after being signed by the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2019. He has made 34 career appearances, 11 of which were as a starter, and has accumulated 89 tackles (64 solo), one sack, one interception, three passes defensed, and nine special teams tackles.

The New Orleans, Louisiana native played in 46 games over the course of four seasons at Tulane (2015–18), recording 197 tackles (128), three sacks, three interceptions, 15 passes defended, four forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.

It’s nice to have a familiar face back as the Las Vegas Raiders re-sign S Roderic Teamer.
