Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Phillip Dorsett
Announced on Thursday, the Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Phillip Dorsett. Dorsett has played in 92 games while starting in 19, and recorded 151 receptions for 2,001 yards and 12 touchdowns.
The 5-foot-10, 192 pound wideout played for the Houston Texans last season and recorded 20 catches for 257 yards and one lone touchdown. Drafted at 29th overall by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the 2015 Draft, Dorsett has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Seattle Seahawks in 2021, and the New England Patriots from 2017 to 2019.
Dorsett, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida, native, played four seasons at the University of Miami from 2011 to 2014, compiling 121 receptions for 2,132 yards and 17 touchdowns.
As the Las Vegas Raiders sign WR Phillip Dorsett, the second receiver signing of the day, they look to add some speed alongside Davante Adams.
